Hot - Place the Pad in the microwave
For babies max 15 sec.
For small pads at least 30 sec.
For medium pads 1 min to 2 min
For large pads 2 min - 2 1/2min
Cold - Place the Pad in a Ziploc bag, and place it inside the freezer for 20min.
The smaller the pad less time in the microwave needed.
